The FY 2021 posted so much challenge to all of us, what with COVID-19 virus lurking on the background.  However, as always, we Filipinos emerge victorious so much so that we are now able to celebrate this coming Yuletide season with families and friends. 

Be that as it may, let us not forget to be cautious.  Be mindful of our surroundings and take the necessary actions to follow health protocols at all times.  With that, there is no reason for us not to be merry.
