The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) will conduct the nationwide PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations on April 9 and 10, 2022, respectively. In this connection, the NAPOLCOM On-Line Examination Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) will be activated and can be accessed through www.napolcom.gov.ph or www.oleass-napolcom.com on the following dates:
For the PNP Entrance Examination:
12 noon from February 14-18, 2022
The first letter of an applicant’s family name shall be adopted in the scheduling of applicants for the PNP Entrance Examination, as follows:

NAPOLCOM Regional Office No. 3 will accept applications for PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations from February 21 to March 14, 2022. To ensure physical distancing and fast transaction, applicants are enjoined to strictly report during the scheduled date indicated in their confirmation letter and bring the following:
For the PNP Entrance Examination Applicants:
- Printout of Confirmation letter with corresponding reference number confirming the scheduled date;
- Printout of filled-out application form;
- Duly accomplished Index card;
- Two (2) recent and identical 1” x 1” colored pictures with white background and complete name tag;
- Transcript of Scholastic Records (with Special Order issued by CHED);
- Diplomas from CHED-accredited schools, state universities and colleges;
- Birth Certificate (BC) in security paper issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority or Certified True Cope of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar and duly authenticated by PSA;
- For a Patrolman/Patrolwoman with temporary appointment, Certified True Copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order;
- One (1) legal size envelop with twenty-one (Php 21.00) worth of stamps;
- One (1) government-issued ID with signature (SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal, Passport, Driver’s License, PRC, etc.)
- Examination fee: Php 400.00
For the PNP Promotional Examination Applicants:
- Printout of Confirmation letter with corresponding reference number confirming the scheduled date;
- Printout of filled-out application form;
- Duly accomplished Index card;
- Two (2) recent and identical 1” x 1” colored pictures with white background and complete name tag (indicate rank before the first, middle and last name);
- Certified True Copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or PNP Absorption Order/Special Order of Appointment;
- Certificate of Eligibility or PRC Board Certificate;
- One (1) legal size envelope with twenty-one (Php 21.00) worth of stamps;
- One (1) government-issued ID with signature (SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal, Passport, Driver’s License, PRC, etc.)
- Examination fee: Php 400.00 – Police Officer 4th Class
Php 450.00 – Police Officer 3rd Class
Php 500.00 – Police Officer 2nd Class
Php 600.00 – Police Officer 1st Class
Only those with confirmed scheduled appointments with reference numbers and with COMPLETE documentary requirements will be entertained.
Processing of applicants on the wait-list will be on March 15-16, 2022, subject to availability of slots after the processing of applications of those with regular schedules.
